The head of Rosturizm suggested tightening up the responsibility for delaying charter flights.

In the current year, the problem with delays in charter flights is especially important, as through the fault of several carriers, thousands of Russian tourists could not go on vacation in time. In fact, a similar problem is observed from year to year, however, despite the indignation of passengers, no stringent liability measures are applied to carriers, which was noticed by the head of Rosturism Oleg Safonov.

At the moment, the biggest problems for tourists are delivered by the air carrier VIM-Avia, which delayed more than 150 flights in two weeks, however, this is not the only company delivering unpleasant surprises to its customers.
