The Swiss airline Darwin Airline has declared bankruptcy.

As follows from the information provided by the press service of the Swiss regional air carrier "Darwin Airline", the airline in recent years has experienced serious financial problems, and at the request of creditors, the operator is forced to launch a bankruptcy procedure. Despite the earlier cuts, the air carrier was not able to achieve a stable profit, therefore, in the near future the company will cease to exist.

It should be clarified that the air carrier "Darwin Airline" was relatively short-lived, in particular, the operator was founded in 2003 year, while experts believe that the bankruptcy of the operator was promoted by strong competition in the market of passenger traffic.
