The airline "Urals Airlines" imposed a fine of 20 thousand rubles.

As it became known to the portal Avia.pro, the domestic air carrier "Ural Airlines" actually refused to its customers to board the flight, citing lack of seats, however, the company representatives offered their customers to exchange tickets for the next flight or to return the money spent.

As part of the audit, it was found that there are violations in the activity of the air carrier "Ural Airlines", in particular, it is a question of the lack of proper provision of services, and according to the resolution, the operator will have to pay a fine.

Experts believe that toughening of punishment for poor-quality provision of services to passengers will give citizens more rights, minimize delays and cancellations and improve the quality of services.
