Past domestic and foreign experience of development of airports refueling equipment was characterized by a certain degree "by competition" between the stationary Sun centralized fueling system fuel (the hub) and bowsers (ATZ). At the same time, experts noted the mobility and autonomy of the ATZ in comparison with the FPP. In the early stages of development is applied to APP at the beginning of the new elements filling lines (filters with filtering capacity 5 microns-water separators, filters, pressure regulators and flow rate, etc.), then they were introduced in aggregates threading the hub.


 

 This explains, in the opinion of foreign experts, the impulsive increase in orders for ATZ with the advent of each new generation of aircraft with an increased volume of tanks and the receiving capabilities of fuel systems, and an increase in other requirements of their refueling process. With some delay, the advantage still remained for the upgraded or new CCDs due to lower unit operating costs. Nevertheless, ATZ was given a decent place in some airports co-location and sharing, as well as in several international airports. On the basis of the economic rationale, there was a decent “niche” for the use of ATZ at other airports in the GA. ATZ still occupies a special place when it comes to flights at airports with low flight intensity, where it is economically inexpedient or for various reasons impossible to build a central hub.

 

 

Over the last 10 - 15 years, the refueling equipment for aviation ground equipment has changed significantly. In accordance with the international requirements of safe transport of dangerous goods by road after 1996 years significantly changed the appearance, technical equipment of the domestic automotive assets refueling (ATZ) and transportation (AC) of petroleum products that are used by fuel and refueling airports for refueling automotive and other equipment, as well as for Transportation of oil products, including aviation fuel. This is most typical for regional airports and airfields with undeveloped infrastructure.

The object of the study is a set of filling equipment for filling the Sun "Boeing - 757". The aim of the work is to choose the filling unit of the CZS system for refueling the Boeing-757.
