Sponsors of the new heliport project are betting on a successful location in the immediate vicinity of the borders with Moscow. This will allow customers to save time, which they spend on the way to the nearest helicopter centers near Moscow. The use of small aircraft gives multiple time savings compared to road transport. The main advantage of helicopters is their high speed and the possibility of bypassing the forced downtime, which in road transport is caused by traffic jams on the roads. Inside the MKAD, flights on private helicopters are now prohibited, but in the Moscow region this mode of transport has good chances for development. Moreover, the legislative base allows flying private helicopters without obtaining a special permit, it is enough to notify the controller of the Federal Air Transport Agency no later than one hour before departure.

The only question is how fast the helicopter transport service will gain popularity. This has a direct impact on the ability to fast recoupment for investors "BaZy."

Own fleet of helicopters the heliport now numbers 7 aircraft units. By the end of next year, it plans to expand to 20 machines. Hold the purchase of light helicopters and six helicopters Business class. On the purchase of new helicopters, investors expect to spend 35-50 million $.
