single-aisle aircraft

A narrow-body aircraft is a passenger aircraft with a fuselage diameter of up to 4 meters. Compared to wide-body counterparts, narrow-body aircraft are able to take on board much fewer passengers and have a shorter flight range. The Boeing 757-300 has a maximum passenger capacity of 289 people.

In particular, single-aisle aircraft are:

  • Boeing 737 - the most massive passenger jet in the world.
  • Airbus A320 - the most massive European jet airliner.
  • Tu-154 - considered the most massive Soviet passenger jet.
  • IL-62 is the leader among narrow-body aircraft in flight range.

You can also continue the list with the following models: IL-18, Tu-204, Tu-134, FMA Cóndor, Vickers VC10, Sud Aviation Caravelle and other aircraft.
