UAV model BSK Defense Phaethon G has been designed on the basis of another Greek military tactical drone model BSK Defense Phaethon J, but the UAV design has undergone some important changes that will greatly enhance aircraft performance and operational features of this UAV.

 The BSK Defense Phaethon G unmanned aerial vehicle is used to perform tasks related to reconnaissance, detect air targets, conduct search operations, and exploit to patrol a certain region or terrain. Despite the fact that the practical range of use of this UAV practically did not change, the period of the drone in the air was increased almost 3,5 times, which increased the efficiency of this device.

UAV model BSK Defense Phaethon G is equipped with electro-optical, infrared and thermal cameras that provides all the required data on the study area. In particular it allows to use the drone to detect hidden enemy location, while those in unfavorable conditions or the lack of visibility.
