04.08.2017 flight ZM-559 which was supposed to fly to 7.15 from Manas airport in Bishkek was delayed and transferred to 19: 50 without warning and any information. We had to sit at the airport with 5: 00 in the morning until 18: 00 until the check-in for the flight began. After contacting the air manas at the 3 floor, we were offered in words good seats in the plane, hotel, food and water on the plane. In the return of money for a taxi to the airport we were refused. Therefore, we had to hungry without a penny in our pocket and td wait at the airport. When we came to the registration and told the girl that we were promised good places, she answered that there was no talk about this, she was not warned, and of course we did not have any proof either. Sitting on the plane, we asked the girl for water to answer 60 som. That is, the fact that people brought such big not convenience is considered the norm, people without a penny in their pocket could not have gone away in their time, remained hungry and they were still denied free water, this is some kind of hell and not a company. I will never fly your airlines any more, I will overpay 10 times but I will be sure that I will not be denied water and food and will be notified in advance that the flight is being carried. Awfully angry and not happy.

I do not recommend this airline. Service no, the flight Moscow-Bishkek lasts almost 4 hours, passengers are not fed, and ticket prices are the same as the other airlines. If the flight lasts more than 2-hours, the passengers have to feed. If power to the board is not provided, then please install ticket prices significantly lower! Never fly this airline and friends will categorically not advise!
