·         Subdivision: CAA Uzbekistan, Tashkent JSC

·         Flight: In-505

Chronology of events:

For 5,5 seconds before the start a special situation were removed chassis. The time interval between margin Yak-40 and margin IL-76 was xnumx minkta xnumx seconds. The IL-1 aircraft at the time of separation of the Yak-16 was located at a height of 76 m at a distance of approximately 40 m from it. During the takeoff and initial climb, movement parameters and control deviations were normal. At the height of 480-5400 m in 15: 20: 05 at Vpr = 11 km / h and at the angle of attack 04-230 degrees began to roll to the left of the plane. In order to fend off the roll (5-6 degrees), the crew rejected ailerons from the aerodynamic neutral for 12,5 a second. Despite the deviation of the ailerons, the roll was still increasing intensively (with an angular velocity of 13,5-1 degrees per second). The IL-18 aircraft at the start of the Yak-20 inclination was at a distance from it approximately in 76 m at 40 height. As the roll increased, the vertical overload varied from 6200-600 units. steering directions to 0,4 degrees right. For 1,4 seconds the value of the course was 4 degrees, with its sharp change in the last second to 7 degrees. Roll for 5 seconds before shutdown MSRP reached 73 degrees. The increase in the further roll on the MSRP is not observed due to the exit to the support of the roll sensors. With a roll greater than 56 degrees in 1,2: 63: 70, the plane collided with the ground plane of the wing on Vpr = 05 km / h. At a distance of 11 m to the left of the strip in 10: 255: 13,5, the plane collided with the ground, burned down and collapsed. The debris scatter was 05x11 m.

In a collision with the ground when the MSRP was turned off, the aircraft flight parameters were: Vpr = 250 km / h, pitch-up stabilizer -2 degrees, elevator up 4 degrees, ailerons -11 degrees (steering wheel to the right), left roll more than 63 degrees (roll sensor on stop), rudder to the right by 7 degrees, MK = 56 degrees, landing gear retracted, flaps at 20 degrees, engine takeoff mode (98%). At the time of the incident, the actual weather: cloudiness with a height of 280 m 6 points, visibility 3 km, haze, smoke, wind 1 m / s, 190 degrees.
