Chronology of events:
After taking off from the airport Nakhichevan suffered a failure of the left engine. Because of improper ergonomics cockpit, transient developments and performance in addition to the primary responsibilities of monitoring functions for speed and height, mechanic mistakenly turned off the right engine working. When the error was discovered, the engine has stopped.
The commander decided to land with broken engines outside the airport. As a result, the plane landed on a plowed field, but in the process of movement on the ground faced with the concrete base 500 kV power lines, burned, destroyed.
