Chronology of events:

The crew took off in the afternoon (08: 12 MSK) in bad weather conditions with MK = 240 degrees. The take-off weight and alignment were not outside the established limits. An increase in the mode of the engines prior to the takeoff was made during takeoff, respectively, with a recommendation for take-off at an aerodrome having a pebbled surface. After passing through the speed of decision making, for 1,8 seconds before the breakaway speed was reached, the turbocharger's engine speed fell, followed by its self-shutdown. The crew of the failed engine fluttered and increased the operating mode of the second engine to 96 percent. The detachment took place at a speed of 160 km / h. Due to the coincidence of the moment when the engine failure was detected and the chassis cleaning time, the cleaning operation was canceled by the crew, as a result of which the flight was performed with the chassis released. The plane at an altitude of about 10 m left roared. The flight trajectory eventually approached obstacles (trees 10-15 m high) that are located along the axis of the strip at a distance of 80 m. Within six seconds of the flight, the flight speed became longer (164 km / h), then for 9 seconds to 120 km / h decreased, which can probably be explained by attempts by the crew to gain a faster altitude due to a collision with obstacles. The climb lasted up to 40-50 m, after that, due to a drop in the forward speed of less than 140 km / h, the flight became impossible without a decrease. On L-410MU aircraft, loss of controllability due to inadequate exhaustion of the rudder will take place in the takeoff configuration due to the appearance of the asymmetry of the thrust of the engines at a flight speed of less than 160 km / h in order to counteract the unfolding moment. The plane began to execute at large angles of attack an uncontrolled left turn over the surface of the Aldan River with a decrease in the vertical speed of 0,7-1,1 m / s and a translational speed that decreases from 125 to 90 km / h. Short-term crew attempts to make more forward speed caused an increase in the rate of decline, which is characteristic of the second flight mode. In 270 m from the coastline at 119 seconds of flight at an altitude of 5-10 m, a stalling took place. The plane met the water surface in the left bank of 25-30 degrees; in 700 m from the strip and the angle of inclination of the trajectory to 10 grains. He sank for 2-3 minutes. The passengers' efforts to open the emergency hatch and the door were unsuccessful due to the strong pressure of the water.
