The details:

Description of the identified causes AP

The Commission found out that the 25 strip should not in fact be used to perform aircraft landings, including visual ones. The crew, when they made the wrong decision to perform a visual approach to the Asmar aerodrome, which was initiated by the dispatcher's information about the working band, then, in an unfavorable environment, did not attempt to go to the second round to go to the alternate aerodrome or re-call, and Continued approach to land. With the descent and approach, there was an insufficient level of interaction in the crew, which was expressed, in particular, that there was no clear decision on the approach scheme, which forced the crew to act in time deficit conditions. A significant excess of the take-off mass of the aircraft, the actual value of which the crew probably did not know, caused the fact that it was able to withstand speeds lower than those recommended for the actual landing mass, did not prevent a dangerous drop in the aircraft when the turn was executed in these conditions (the parameters of the outer Environment and configuration of the aircraft).
