The details:

The findings, which investigated plane crash

The main reason was the collision of aircraft An-An-70 and 72V in flight, which caused the destruction of the vertical stabilizer, depressurization of all four hydraulic systems, pressure drop in them and complete loss of control. The aircraft went into an uncontrolled fall of the regime.

This collision has occurred due to the loss of visual contact when performing maneuvers without conducting radio crews and tardy action to prevent them.

Related Causes:

1. Execution of aircraft turn in the direction of the sun.

2. The emergence of the phenomenon of interference when approaching aircraft for a short distance.

3. The increasing complexity of the flight conditions, which is caused by the execution of the turn the aircraft AN-70 towards slave without having to warn about the nature of the planned maneuver.
