Chronology of events:

The investigation found that at an altitude of approximately 4000 m in the climb, the blade of the second air-left screw was broken. There was an imbalance, as a result the left screw and a part of the reducer came off. The second blade broke through the frame of the 10-11 frames the fuselage and interrupted the control rods of the ailerons, rudders and heights. The blades were found in the field at 4,5 km from the place where the fuselage fell, and the propeller - at 4 km from the aircraft and at 1210 m from the blade. The aircraft management lost and with the left bank began the process of decline. Then, with the increase in heel and speed, entered a deep spiral, performed a half turn with a pitch angle of approximately -14 degrees and speed of 500-550 km / h and collided with the left bank with the ground at an angle of 45-50 degrees and exploded.
